One day trip.....

In the weekend, V have FOOD FINDING TRIP.
this mission is accomplished by member :
yi hui, huei xing, Ah suang, aberdeen lim, Qian n Nicholas haowhaow(Me)......

The day before, i had work from 11pm until the next morning 5am
i had slept around 4 hours only....hehe...
This is my virgin working experience in KL....
i work in event job to assemble the stage....
although it is tired but quite fun....
hope can work more so i able to earn money money money hehee....

This trip take 2 hours time to arrive to destination....
v are fucking hungry.....n heading to a small restaurant named nancy's kitchen

having some Nyonya food...
one of the special food is Nangka Curry....
hahaa....do u guy ate b4??
nangka + curry = weird??
but taste not bad o....hehehe......

this called Nangka curry@!

she seen very sad ...dunno why!haha...

wei...although hungry but eat slowly ma...dun rush1~hehe..

The best food we had during that trip was
the Mille Crepe at Nadeje.
v have to mission to searching the shop.....
hahah....after searching "plenty of time".....
Finally, v found the direction to the destination...
(luckily v never take part in amazing race, if not lose like hell!!haha...XD:)

This is my 1st time to taste it!!wow.....
It is extremely good!
Early that, aberd is refuse to order.....
once i had tasted it,
i starring on him, n say :" berd, once u try , i bet u will order 1 for sure!!"
he dun believe n try .....
HAHA......he really go order .......
it really excellent!~taste HHmmmm.......
i had never ate so delicious cake b4.....
i had been addicted!!!

Btw do u know what is mille crêpe???
Act its a French cake made of many crêpe layers.
“Mille” means “a thousand” in French, implying the many layers of crêpe used.
a layer of crepe, then the cream, the flavor and repeats..

i really have been addicted!!!

GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO CRY.

Let yourself grieve. Express your wounded feelings to trusted family and friends.
Many of us keep our negative feelings to ourselves especially myself.....
Not dealing with them means they never really go away.

TALK THE TALK.

Not with her--but with yourself.
If you don't keep a journal, now is the time to start.
Write down your feelings and unexpressed thoughts--
the ones the breakup left you with and the ones you never told her/him
about when you were friends.

Or write her/him a letter--one you don't have to send.
Describe the wonderful memories you have of her/him,
ask for forgiveness for specific things you may have done wrong,
and offer her/him your forgiveness.

Or say nothing at all.
If you can't say anything good,
then at least resist the temptation to bad-mouth her/him.
It only keeps negative energy circulating.

Am i feeling not well??adnormal heartbeat?

last week....
i had went to Aunt Goh house....
her dad is measuring heart pressure....
At the same time, her dad help me check for my little heart pressure as well...
OMG!!!! heartbeat only 59 per min??!!!
Normally, the heart beats about 60 to 100 times per minute.

BUT im js 59 only!!!!
im still young wat......
why my heartbeat slower than older ppl???
am i feeling not well??
OR recently happened make my heart tired?

i have done some research on it.....
the have 48 causes of slow heartbeat......
which symptom am i geT???will i GO more earlY??

Simple 23rd

A day that i been stepped out from my house without confident. Sigh! All my shoes stil left undry under the hot sun. No choice, but to put on with the damm old shoe that doesnt suit my wearing. For lunch, we decide to drop by at Manhattan Fish Market as according to my sweetie, normally fish contains about 100-200 calories which is considered less compared to meat and not easily get fat. Since i got no other choice and ofcourse to improved her tiny blank brain MFM will be the best choice.

Tuscan tiramisu above has been blacklisted. Never order this for the next time. XXX!

The worst thg has happened when dear has left her hp at the restaurant! luckily the waiter return her the phn after we realised that. Fuhhh~~ Never never make that kind of careless, dear. XXX!

Dinner was just a simple one with family. Nothing more important than family..

THat is my Goal~!
